A graceful Renovation of an existing traditional Queenslander perched high on the beautiful Hamilton hill overlooking the stunning views of Brisbane.
The project deals with complexities of site access, the 8m drop boundary to boundary and dealing with the existing house structure. The aim was uplift the existing character facade, enhance and replan the existing 2 levels to create a far superior flow throughout the house, provide a better outlook to the beautiful city views and build in underneath to create more living and entertaining space.
There was big emphasis on creating a homely oasis within the backyard. The pool design and outdoor entertaining area is the focal point of the new house renovation.
