CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

We don't stop at the big picture, every small detail counts. Working closely with you and our consultants, we secure Building Approval and provide you with a complete set of detailed drawings and specs, fully prepared for your builders - taking you one step closer to your dream project's reality.

DEVELOP

Now, we focus on every single detail through a detailed 3D model, crafting the façade and spaces to your brief. We team up with specialized consultants to achieve the Development Approval (DA) or work towards Building Approval (BA). We will develop and consider the materials, construction methodology, structure, and detailing to realize the design concept.
