This project was a contemporary new build family home located in an enviable Brisbane suburb on a sloping small lot site. The architecture brief was to create a clean and crisp facade with modern cladding while maintaining the budget for the client.
The home features 5 spacious bedrooms and expansive living areas with stylish and modern finishes. It is designed for all year-round entertaining with two covered entertaining decks and a covered alfresco area overlooking the private garden and pool area. The spacious open plan living, dining, and alfresco living areas make hosting a breeze. The elegant master bedroom features an ensuite and walk-in robe while the other 4 bedrooms are also spacious with built-in wardrobes. The 3 designer bathrooms feature floor-ceiling tiles and feature vanities. Lush carpet and tiled floors throughout add to the clean modern feel of the home. The sparkling saltwater pool with feature lighting overlooks the private garden space providing the perfect outdoor retreat for the client.
A fairly simple build which was made complex with a change of builder mid construction. The new builder brought in an excellent workflow and executed a brilliant house for the client.
