This 2 storey raise and renovation project provides a timeless fusion of contemporary style paired with classic charm bringing the 1960s cottage perched high and alive again in a beautiful Brisbane suburb.
The goal was to revitalize the existing character facade, improve and reorganize the upper level, and create a new lower level with more space for living and entertaining. The project also features a striking staircase that connects the two levels and offers a better view of the backyard and the surroundings.
Thanks to a skilled builder on a tight budget, and a wonderful client, the design and build process was smooth and successful.
